There are two main raw materials for plastic pallets: polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene (PP).

The same thing between HDPE and PP: before coloring, it is a milky white translucent, waxy crystalline polymer. Both are non-toxic, tasteless, acid and alkali resistant, have good compatibility, good chemical stability, and easy molding and processing.

The difference between HDPE and PP: PP is less dense than HDPE, has better rigidity, strength, hardness and heat resistance, and can be used at around 100 degrees Celsius. The cost of PP is relatively low, and the price of raw materials is relatively cheap; HDPE has better low temperature resistance than PP, so the plastic pallet made of PP material is easy to break at low temperature, while the plastic pallet made of PE material is relatively hard and not easy to break at low temperature.
