1. Static load of plastic pallet

Static load refers to the maximum load on the ground in a static state after the plastic pallet is loaded with goods, which should be distinguished from the load when placed on the shelf. The static load of plastic pallets produced from new materials generally exceeds that of plastic pallets produced from recycled materials. Gradually aging plastic pallets, its dead weight will also decrease.

2. Dynamic loading of plastic pallets

Dynamic load refers to the maximum load in the moving state after the plastic pallet is loaded with goods and combined with forklifts and other handling tools. The dynamic load of the same plastic pallet is generally smaller than the static load. Before handling and use, it is necessary to clarify the dynamic load parameters of the plastic pallet, and try to avoid the weight of the goods exceeding the dynamic load.

3. Plastic pallet racks

Shelf load refers to the maximum load that the plastic pallet can bear when the shelf is empty after loading the goods. Since the plastic pallet is placed high and its capacity is limited, in order to ensure safety, it is necessary to insert steel pipes inside the plastic pallet to increase the carrying capacity of the plastic pallet. Usually, when storing goods, try to put heavy goods on the lower layer of the shelf, and lightly put them on the upper layer of the shelf.

4. Deflection of plastic pallet

The deflection refers to the degree of bending of the plastic pallet when the plastic pallet is transported after loading the goods, or when the plastic pallet loaded with the goods is placed on the shelf, etc. The higher the deflection, the worse the quality of the plastic pallet. The deflection is also related to the load capacity of the plastic pallet. The heavier the weight of the loaded goods, the higher the deflection, and vice versa. At present, the international standard deflection is between 0.1-1cm.
